Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a Site Superintendent to manage field operations on client projects across the United States, with initial work in northeast Ohio. You will lead safety, quality control, scheduling, and client communications, ensuring drawings and contracts are followed and documenting progress.

100% travel is required. Responsibilities include daily reports, progress payments coordination, and coordinating with project managers to maintain schedule and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with nine years of relevant experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety and quality per drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Take progress photographs and label them.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use latest design drawings.
• Assist Project Construction Manager.
• Manage key trade/subcontractor scope.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with PM.
• Communicate project issues clearly with management and clients.
• Maintain on-site records and files per policy.
• Follow Quality Policy and Work Instructions.
