Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead field operations on client projects across the United States. The first assignment is in northeast Ohio, with responsibility for safety, quality, scheduling, and client relations.

Responsibilities include producing daily and monthly reports, maintaining up-to-date drawings and submittals, coordinating with subcontractors, and supporting project management to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with significant relevant experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in field operations, safety, quality control, scheduling, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Ensure work adheres to project schedule and flag delays to management.
• Prepare Daily/Monthly reports and quality inspections; maintain records per policy.
• Capture progress photos and label them for documentation.
• Coordinate contract extras and progress payments with project team.
• Communicate clearly with project management and clients to resolve issues.
