Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Superintendent to manage field operations for client projects across the United States. The first project is in northeast Ohio. You will ensure safety, quality, scheduling, and effective client communication on site.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, managing subcontractors, and maintaining documentation per quality systems. Travel up to 100% is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily/Quality Reports and progress photos for project records.
• Ensure use of latest design drawings and assist Project Manager as needed.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments for client approval.
