Job summary

Responsibilities include preplanning, material takeoffs, scheduling, daily site walks, and final job close-out with owner sign-off. OSHA 30 and CPR are preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years commercial field plumbing, sprinkler or heating operations experience.
• OSHA 30-hour training completed; CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, install and repair piping and equipment for mechanical systems.
• Be point of contact for customer/general contractor/owner on site.
• Ensure safety is the top priority; conduct pre-safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Preplan with plans/specs, plan material takeoffs and crew/tools needs.
• Walk the job daily to inspect progress, quality and safety.
• Close out jobs with final testing, startup sign-off and as-built delivery.
