TP Mechanical is seeking an experienced field supervisor to lead on-site HVAC and sheet metal work across Ohio. You will read blueprints, coordinate crews, subs and materials, and ensure safety and quality on site. OSHA 30 certification and strong leadership are essential.

You will manage start-to-finish tasks, review plans with CAD staff, and deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining professional client relations.

Competenze

• Minimum 5-8 years commercial experience in field sheet metal or HVAC operations.
• Stable work history.

Mansioni

• Manage on-site activity for manpower, materials and scheduling.
• Prioritize safety with pre-safety meetings and weekly toolbox talks; OSHA 30 minimum.
• Review plans with CAD designer and sign off drawings for fabrication and site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to keep downtime to a minimum.
• Walk the job daily to inspect progress, quality and safety.
• Close out jobs with testing, startup, owner sign-off and as-built drawings.
• Ensure equipment readiness, material handling, and tool/equipment on-site when needed.
