Temp-Con, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Field Plumbing Supervisor to coordinate, install and repair piping for commercial mechanical systems.

You will read blueprints, lead on-site crews, communicate with general contractors and sub-contractors, and ensure safety with OSHA 30 compliance. Responsibilities include managing manpower, materials and schedule, reviewing plans with CAD, ordering and tracking materials, and performing pre-planning for each job.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years commercial field plumbing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and related specs.
• Knowledge of general plumbing and piping installation.
• Ability to fabricate offsets and use hand/power tools.
• Able to perform basic take offs and install equipment.
• Works with precision within standards of accuracy.

• Oversee on-site activity regarding manpower, materials and scheduling.
• Ensure safety as a top priority, conduct OSHA 30 compliant activities.
• Review plans with CAD designer and sign off drawings for fabrication.
• Direct coordination, manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Walk the job daily to inspect progress, quality and safety.
• Close out each job with testing, start-up, and owner sign-off.
