Job summary

Nucor is hiring a field installation specialist to support IMP product installation and quality assurance. You will analyze job sites, troubleshoot issues, and advise contractors on detailing and installation practices for IMP products, including warranty inspections and reporting.

The role requires travel up to 60% and the ability to work from various job sites across participating states. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2+ years of hands-on IMP installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job-site analysis, trouble shooting, and contractor support for IMP products including quality assurance and building diagnostics.
Manage customer contact and develop relationships to provide information on detailing and installation practices for IMP products.
Deliver installation training for installers/contractors.
Conduct warranty inspections and develop detailed field reports.
Speak to code compliance and analyze installation effects on IMP products.
Understand detailing and installation processes for successful building envelope connections.
Report observations and maintain records.
Collaborate with peers and management to uphold safety and quality standards.
Support Nucor goals and maintain professional business etiquette.
