Neumayer-Equipment is seeking a hands-on Construction Installer to join our team in Memphis. You will prepare work areas, operate tools, load/unload materials, and support other trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and strict safety compliance.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to travel up to 75%, and the capability to work independently or with a team to complete projects on active job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Install products and systems per specifications.
• Inspect completed installations for quality and safety compliance.
• Perform physical labor on construction sites (demolition, excavation, material handling).
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot issues during installation.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions professionally.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies on site.
