Neumayer Equipment is seeking an experienced Construction Installer to join our team on active job sites. The role focuses on installing products and systems, preparing work areas, loading and unloading materials, and supporting trades as needed.

You will perform thorough inspections, operate hand and power tools safely, and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues. This hands-on position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship in all projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication with clients and team.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Install products and systems per specifications and guidelines.
• Inspect installations for quality and safety compliance.
• Perform manual labor including demolition, excavation, and material handling.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot issues during installation.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions.
