Clean Harbors in Bartow, FL is seeking a Field Services Technician II to join our safety-conscious team. This on-site role involves hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical functions per key responsibilities.
• Will undergo background check, drug test and medical evaluation as required by the position.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• On-call duty and possible weekend/holiday work.
• Compliance with OSHA respiratory protection standards and safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by following policies and procedures.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting heavy objects.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and use various hand tools.
• Wear and use PPE properly (respirators, skin, eye, and protection).
• Work in different temperatures indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Assist in field sampling and calibration of meters.
• Climb ladders and scaffolding; work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Complete worksheets, vehicle and equipment inspections, and permits.
• Be on call for emergency response on rotating basis and follow local, state and federal regulations.
