Position Overview

This role involves traveling to customer locations within Orlando, FL to provide service, maintenance, and installation of equipment in the field. Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, and repairs. The role ensures equipment is installed and functioning properly while managing customer relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction, ultimately boosting company profitability.

Your Role in Our Future

1. Install, service, or upgrade equipment onsite at customer locations.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure equipment functionality.
3. Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
4. Provide training and guidance on product operation and maintenance.
5. Perform routine maintenance and manage stock of replacement parts and equipment.

Your Profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience, with 2-4 years in electrical/mechanical installation and repair.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience with strong technical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing complex equipment.
• Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and effective communication with customers and teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to customer sites, with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift/move 55 lbs.
