Your Impact: Pearce seeks a Wind Turbine Technician II committed to excellence, safety, and continuous learning. As a Field Service Wind Technician II, you will perform tasks such as cleaning, minor service, and repairs on wind turbines and related equipment. This position requires 100% travel.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment (fueling, lubrication, etc.)
• Operate a motor vehicle safely and legally
• Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures
• Complete documentation using service reporting tools
• Use torque and tension tools
• Perform additional tasks as directed

Core Experience

• Minimum two years in wind maintenance
• GWO Certification preferred
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Meet project schedules and standards

Physical/Work Environment

Candidates must comply with OSHA/DOT standards, including climbing turbines over 300 feet, lifting over 50 pounds, and working in various weather conditions.
