Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver direct end-user technical support under the Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) contract across Virginia. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment and software, instruct customers, and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include remote and onsite support, imaging devices, and handling Windows OS issues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide technical/IT support for Commonwealth of Virginia.
Manage system updates, tickets, and asset records.
Perform break/fix software and hardware support, including warranty repairs.
Coordinate asset disposal activities.
Support end users accessing services remotely and onsite.
Provide remote and on-site support via tools and desk-side assistance.
Image Commonwealth devices and maintain OS/software health.
Troubleshoot Windows systems and applications, diagnose issues, and restore systems.
Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.
