Job summary

Clean Harbors in Millsap/Dallas area is seeking a Field Services Technician I to join a safety-focused team. The role involves field-powered tasks including hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials, with strict adherence to safety policies.

The position requires attendance at a paid one-week Academy training (out-of-state possible) and on-call emergency response on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical functions per responsibilities.
• Willing to be on-call; may work weekends/holidays.
• Background check, drug test and medical physical as required.
• Facial hair standards per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.34.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and use tools; work with powered tools.
• Work in various temperatures indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• On-call for emergency response on rotating basis; site remediation and handling of hazardous materials.
