Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Field Services professional in the United States (Ohio) to coordinate, manage, and execute field service activities. You’ll support Operations and Engineering onsite, ensuring services meet SLA standards and align with safety requirements.

The role centers on local field sites and managing multiple site functions during deployment tasks. This position emphasizes safety, incident reporting, third‑party supervision, and proactive maintenance to keep networks up and compliant

Qualifications

• Occupational health and safety expertise.
• Strong onsite safety practices and PPE usage.
• Experience coordinating field service activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct visual safety inspections of the workspace.
• Prepare site risk assessments and ensure PPE usage.
• Coordinate with onsite landlords and site environments.
• Report incidents and near misses in the appropriate system.
• Supervise third party activities and intervene in unsafe behavior.
• Handle activation/deactivation of on‑site services.
• Collect data and perform preventive maintenance.
• Manage spare parts and inventory interfaces.
• Manage site access and enforce security rules.
• Conduct safety audits under MS OHS framework.
