Job summary

Ericsson in the United States is seeking a Field Services professional to coordinate and execute field service activities, supporting Operations and Engineering on-site to meet SLA standards. Your local field site becomes your primary workspace, coordinating multiple functions and ensuring OHS compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service operations and safety management.
• Proven ability to coordinate on-site activities with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with safety standards and site risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Execute corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct visual inspections of the workspace for safety issues.
• Prepare site-specific risk assessments and ensure PPE use.
• Coordinate interaction with onsite landlords and site maintenance.
• Update site information and report incidents promptly.
• Supervise third party activities and intervene in unsafe behavior.
• Handle activation/deactivation of on-site services.
• Collect optimization data and perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate spare parts handling and inventory updates.
• Manage site access permissions and enforce security rules.
• Adhere to OHS framework and conduct safety audits.
