Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Field Services professional in the United States (Ohio) to coordinate, manage, and execute field service activities. You will support Operations and Engineering on-site to ensure services meet SLA standards, with the field site as your primary workspace.

You will handle corrective maintenance, safety inspections, risk assessments, PPE usage, and coordination with landlords while reporting incidents and overseeing third-party work.

Qualifications

• Occupational health and safety responsibilities are essential.
• Physical Site Access Management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of site handling and facility management is desirable.
• Experience with work orders and third-party supervision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct visual inspections of the workspace for safety issues.
• Prepare site-specific risk assessments and ensure PPE usage.
• Manage interaction with onsite landlords and site environment preservation.
• Update site information and report incidents and near misses promptly.
• Supervise third party activities and intervene in unsafe behavior.
• Handle activation/deactivation of on-site services.
• Collect optimization data and perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate spare parts handling and update inventory systems.
• Manage site access permissions and enforce security rules.
