Job summary

ECS Limited is seeking a talented Field Services Team Leader to oversee and train field technicians. You will ensure proper supervision, organization, and adherence to ASTM testing standards across soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, asphalt, and structural steel on construction sites.

Responsibilities include active mentorship of junior staff, collaboration with project managers, and participation in scheduling, recruiting, and possible business development activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have basic certifications and be willing to maintain them.
• Advanced certifications may be required based on the work performed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field activities including observation, testing, sampling and inspection of construction materials.
• Promote safety culture; maintain PPE use and equipment calibration records.
• Mentor and train junior field staff; coordinate with project managers and field staff.
