Job summary

ECS Limited seeks a talented Field Services Team Leader to join our Lynn Haven team. You will supervise technicians, ensure training and organization, and support field operations across projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating field activities, safety, and daily communication with project managers and contractors while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Must have and be willing to maintain basic certifications.
• Advanced certifications may be required based on work performed.

Responsibilities

• Field Activities: Observe, test, sample, and inspect materials (soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, asphalt, structural steel).
• Safety: Maintain supplies, calibrate field equipment, promote safety, ensure PPE use, support safety training.
• Communication: Daily liaison with technicians, PMs, and general contractors; mentor junior staff; support project managers; assist with meetings and business development.
