Qualifications

• Diploma, graduate degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience leading in-person and remote teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Field Service Technician or equivalent.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for onsite support services.
• Ensure SLA attainment and contractual deliverables.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery and balance workload.
• Lead status meetings and provide performance reporting.
• Coach and mentor field service staff toward goals.
