Job summary

Megger Service Excellence in Pearland, TX seeks a Field Technician Supervisor to provide field sampling, equipment installation, and on-site services for utility and industrial clients nationwide. Travel 50%+ and overnight stays may be required.

You will supervise field technicians, coordinate with operations and sales, ensure safety compliance, and support service and product sales while maintaining documentation and schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; prior industrial experience required.
• Certification in infrared cameras and/or PD detection preferred.
• Customer service experience with client interaction required.
• Supervisory skills in field services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide field sampling and equipment installation to local and national clients.
• Supervise field service schedules to meet demand and metrics.
• Serve as the point of contact for field and technical services with clients.
• Identify sales opportunities and support Megger products and services.
• Ensure safety requirements and compliance training for technicians.
