Spectrum is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to lead fulfillment operations from the node to the home, ensuring installations and services meet customer expectations and company standards. You will mentor field teams, perform quality checks, and drive safety and operational excellence in diverse environments.

Required is 5+ years in field tech roles with supervisory experience, associate electronics degree, and certifications such as NCTI/SCTE/BCT/E.

Qualificações

• Requires 5+ years of field technician work experience and supervisory experience in a technical environment
• Experience with complex cabling projects including Cat5/Cat6 installation in multiple settings
• Experience programming and installing routers, gateway services, and network equipment in commercial environments

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support field teams to deliver installations and troubleshooting per standards
• Conduct quality control checks and safety observations; provide feedback
• Resolve escalated customer issues and drive operational excellence
• Mentor employees through communication and evaluations
• Coordinate cross-team training and ensure readiness for tasks
• Maintain records and ensure policy adherence across departments
