Job summary

DHL Express is hiring a Field Service Supervisor to coordinate parcel movement by air and ground, including international import/export operations. You will lead ramp operations, supervise warehouse sorting, and manage back-office teams to ensure on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Advanced supervisory principles and practice applicable to logistics operations.
• Experience supervising 8–12 staff and managing performance.
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily airport ramp operations and cargo handling in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise warehouse sort operations for international shipments.
• Manage back-office staff, monitoring flights and network updates.
