DHL Express in Phoenix seeks a customer-focused professional to provide service center support, greet visitors, and resolve billing and shipment issues. You will coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth handling of shipments and documentation processes.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; prior experience in customer service is preferred. Physical duties and security checks may apply.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center.
• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Resolve billing problems related to the Service Center.
• Research shipment tracking requests and help resolve misplaced shipments.
• Coordinate with Sales/Service to solve customer problems.
• Assist with procedures including sorting, loading/unloading and documentation.
