Job summary

The Field Services Rotational Associate-Northeast program at GAF accelerates recent graduates into leaders by rotating through Field Services disciplines, performing inspections, troubleshooting leaks, and providing training and technical assistance to partners.

Based in the Northeast with an in-home office, you will travel 30-60% to customer sites and events, supported by a mentor and manager to develop leadership and technical skills through real projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management required.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products

Responsibilities

• Assists with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections
• Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule
• Assists with leak and complaint inspections as assigned
• Assists in problem resolution and complaints and provides proper written communication to GAF and GAF owners/customers.
