Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or construction management required.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment.
• Knowledge of the building material industry, especially roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assists with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak/complaint inspections.
• Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to form a productive schedule.
• Assists with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
• Assists in problem resolution and communications to customers.
