GAF invites recent graduates to join its Field Services Rotational Associate program in the Southwest/Central US. The two-year development track partners you with leaders, offering major projects, training, and hands-on roofing inspections for both residential and commercial products.

Expect rotations determined by business needs with 30-60% travel, and a dedicated mentor to guide your growth as you develop leadership and technical skills within our Field Services organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience is required or preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent vocational training/experience.
• Entry-level role requiring strong foundational knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak/complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive schedule.
• Assist with leak/complaint inspections as assigned.
• Assist in problem resolution and communications to GAF and owners/customers.
• Collaborate on coatings projects and contractor training; support Field Services and allied teams.
• Assist with demonstrations/seminars and manage key job inspections as needed.
• Support design and drafting needs for architects, specifiers, and contractors.
• Write, revise, and maintain CSI formatted specifications and installation manuals.
