Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate to join our Southwest/Central rotation. The program accelerates recent graduates into future leaders by rotating through essential duties across Field Services, roof inspections, and training activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leaders, problem-solving for leaks, and supporting coatings projects. The two-year program develops high-potential talent for leadership at GAF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent vocational training/experience.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op in construction or roofing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including startup and leak inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete inspections.
• Provide written communication to GAF owners/customers.
• Support Field Services and contractor training for coatings projects.
• Collaborate with R&D on new product development and application techniques.
