Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate to join a two-year development program designed to grow future leaders in field services. The role spans residential and commercial roofing inspections, troubleshooting, and training business partners, with rotations in multiple disciplines and guidance from a dedicated mentor.

The position requires travel 30-60% to customers and events, with an emphasis on leadership and technical growth within the Northeast region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or construction management.
• Internship/co-op in construction or roofing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of the building material industry, roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
• Assist with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
• Assist in problem resolution and communications to customers and owners.
