Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management is required.
• Internship/apprenticeship or co-op experience in construction or roofing is preferred.
• Knowledge of the building material industry, especially roofing and water management products, is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections: start ups, interims, finals, and leak/complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Support scheduling by prioritizing open inspection requests and coordinating activities.
• Assist in leak/complaint inspections and provide written communication to customers.
• Collaborate with R&D on product development and installation techniques.
• Support field services rotation, coatings projects, and drafting needs for architects and managers.
• Participate in safety training and wear appropriate PPE on job sites.
