Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate in the Northeast. The program accelerates recent graduates into leaders, with hands-on work across roof inspections, troubleshooting, and training for partners. Rotations are determined by business needs and mentorship, with travel 30–60% and an in-home office expectation.

The role develops leadership and technical skills through cross-functional exposure, guided by a dedicated manager and mentor in a dynamic field services team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management is required.
Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op in construction or roofing environment is preferred.
Knowledge of building materials, roofing and water management products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Inspect residential/commercial roofs, including start-ups, interims, finals, leaks, and complaints.
Travel to neighboring areas to perform roof inspections and support field teams.
Assist in prioritizing inspection requests and coordinating schedules.
Support in problem resolution and provide clear written communication to clients and owners.
Participate in safety trainings and adhere to site safety practices.
