GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate to join a 2-year development program in the Northeast region. The role focuses on residential and commercial roofing inspections, troubleshooting leaks, and providing technical assistance to partners.

Expect travel 30-60% and a structured mentor-supported path to leadership within Field Services. The program accelerates graduates into leadership by exposing them to major projects, engaging with senior leaders, and rotating through Field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Internship/co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment.
• Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive schedule.
• Assist with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
• Assist in problem resolution and communications to customers.
• Support coatings projects and contractor training for complex projects.
• Assist with design and drafting needs of architects, specifiers, contractors, and Territory Managers.
• Write, revise, and maintain CSI specifications and installation manuals.
