Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or construction management.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op in construction or roofing.
• Knowledge of the building material industry, roofing and water management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to form a productive schedule.
• Assist in leak and complaint inspections as assigned and provide written communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive proper resolution and reporting.
