Job summary

GAF is offering a Field Services Rotational Associate program designed to accelerate leadership development for recent graduates. The role centers on residential/commercial roof inspections, troubleshooting leaks, and training business partners across the Northeast region.

You will work with mentors and leaders to develop technical and leadership skills through two years of rotations, with substantial travel and in-home office setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or construction management.
• Previous internship/coop in construction or roofing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of building material industry, roofing and water management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections (start ups, interims, finals) and leak/complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to perform inspections.
• Prioritize open inspection requests to optimize schedule.
• Assist in problem resolution and write clear communications to customers.
• Support training and technical assistance to business partners.
