Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role or a Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting and staffing preferred
• Intermediate MS Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with SAP Programs (SAP Supplier Portal, SAP-Fieldglass)
• Experience with heavy data entry and staffing

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with field services teams to identify staffing needs for upcoming and ongoing projects
• Leads recruiting efforts for field services – Construction Management & Inspection Field Services
• Assist with staffing plans for projects based on identified resource needs
• Recruit field personnel for client projects across the US
• Screen and interview candidates and prepare resumes for client review
• Format resumes for submission and submit through client portals for approval and hire
• Create candidate pools and pipeline of staff for current and upcoming projects
• Assist with proposal development and submission of resumes from available personnel
• Manage resume database and communicate with potential hires
• Manage active job postings and request new postings as needed
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Accounting and other departments to enhance resource tools
• Provide onboarding and offboarding support and process new hires in HR system
• Provide training to field personnel on timekeeping and expense reporting
• Communicate staffing changes with HR, Safety, IT and Project Teams
• Perform other duties as assigned
