Job summary

Allpoints Surveying in Houston is seeking a Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to support talent acquisition and onboarding efforts. You will manage the day-to-day recruitment for field, operational, and corporate positions, ensuring a seamless candidate and new-hire experience.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and guide new hires through onboarding, while maintaining accurate records in the

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with Paylocity HRIS or ATS.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards.
• Experience recruiting blue-collar, skilled-trade, surveying, or related fields.
• Strong time management and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to plan staffing needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, ATS, social media, and events.
• Coordinate interviews and prepare materials.
• Manage offers and onboarding activities.
• Screen candidates and perform background checks as needed.
• Maintain accurate new-hire records and onboarding documentation.
