Wyoming Department of Corrections Field Services Division seeks a full-time probation and parole agent for the Pinedale location, with duties to supervise in Jackson as needed. The role focuses on community supervision and case planning to rehabilitate offenders and protect public safety.

The position emphasizes collaboration, data-driven supervision, and interventions to promote long-term behavioral change in clients. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance and state retirement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or Administration of Justice with relevant probation/parole experience.
• Knowledge of risk/needs assessments and cognitive skills group facilitation.
• Strong interpersonal communication, investigative writing, and collaboration with agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain supervision of a caseload of adult probationers and parolees.
• Prepare reports for Parole Board, Courts, or stakeholders.
• Develop individual case plans using risk/needs assessments.
• Collaborate with government and private entities to support case management.
• Conduct visits to verify compliance and support positive behavior.
