Job summary

MXR Imaging Inc. is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between customers and Field Service Engineers (FSEs), ensuring service tickets are managed efficiently and customer needs are met.

You will monitor work orders, support SLA compliance, prepare quotes, and assist with billing and scheduling. This role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools, in a fast-paced imaging environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interaction between customers and field service engineers (FSEs).
• Track open work orders, SLA adherence, and scheduling.
• Generate and send billable service quotes and follow up.
• Review time sheets, parts usage, and billable/covered statuses for invoices.
• Enter billing notes to support accurate invoicing.
• Generate service reports and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate FSE availability with Projects team and update schedules.
