Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a customer service-oriented role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interaction between customers and field service engineers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor work orders, SLA adherence, and ticket acknowledgments.
• Generate and send billable service quotes and track their status.
