Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-performing Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales technical services teams, directing Field Engineers in installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. Reliability, SLAs, and on-site execution are paramount for public safety clients.

You will mentor teams, drive project plans, and coordinate with clients and IT directors to ensure timely delivery and revenue realization while maintaining security and SAT standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years managing technical support or field deployment teams.
• Experience in public safety, mission-critical environments, or NG911 is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead remote and on-site multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Engineers and ensure on-site hardware/software deployments.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, and KPIs for response/resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Improve support workflows, checklists, and knowledge base material.
• Maintain compliance with security standards and ensure site acceptance testing.
