Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks, a leading provider of commercial laundry and air-vending solutions, seeks a Manager Field Services in Missouri. You will lead a team of Field Service Technicians and Collectors, manage service and collection routes, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

You will also oversee inventory, utilize systems to drive efficiency, and develop staff while meeting annual financial objectives. A strong emphasis on safety, communication, and client relations is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; or 5–7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor weekly and daily collection routes to ensure adequate coverage.
• Manage weekly and daily service routes to cover case load and meet SLAs.
• Review, analyze, and create reports to monitor performance.
