Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead a Home Delivery market, drive operational excellence, and deliver superior customer experiences. You will coach technicians, manage performance, recruit and onboard new hires, and collaborate with regional leaders on strategy and efficiency.

This role emphasizes safety, P&L awareness, and effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in a service environment, strong problem-solving

Qualifications

2–3 years of leadership experience.
Must be 21 years or older.
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with a service environment and P&L management.

Responsibilities

Lead field team operations in the assigned market to meet safety, service level, and cost goals.
Coach and train new hires and team members to ensure adherence to procedures.
Ensure DOT processes and Sleep Number safety standards are followed.
Manage scheduling, route efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.
Foster communication between field teams and leadership and drive continuous improvement.
