Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Field Services Lead Technician to deliver, assemble, and demonstrate the Sleep Number Smart Bed and related products in customers’ homes. You will serve as the local point of contact for fulfillment quality and inventory control, and you will lead the onboarding and training of new team members.

You will also partner with Retail and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery, proper disposition, and accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• HS education or GED equivalent.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year Field Service Technician experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check, DOT physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Meets the requirements of the Field Services Technician.
• Primary trainer for all new Field Services team members.
• Manage local inventory, storage facilities, and product on truck.
• Maintain and inspect fleet, ensuring DOT compliance and safety.
• Provide training and support to team members on policies and procedures.
• Install, service, and repair Sleep Number products in customers’ homes.
