Nikkiso Cryogenic Services is seeking a Regional Field Service Engineer to deliver world-class technical support for advanced cryogenic equipment across the assigned region. You will be a hands-on, customer-facing engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site repairs, ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience with cryogenic systems or related tech.
Proven installation, maintenance, and repair of complex technical systems.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of cryogenic systems and equipment.
Serve as technical advisor to customers, ensuring optimal system performance and adherence to OEM/industry standards.
Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and control issues with advanced troubleshooting methods.
Minimize system downtime through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Deliver training to customers on safe operation and maintenance of cryogenic equipment.
