Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 10 years of experience in technical roles and fiscal responsibilities.
• 5 years of management experience is a plus.
• High impact decision making.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work practices and ensure training and PPE for direct reports.
• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations for the assigned territory.
• Ensure Field Services has the technical ability to support all sales efforts and address deficiencies.
• Collaborate with sales resources on pipeline and opportunities; review monthly.
• Outline growth and training plans for each direct report and review progress semi-annually.
• Conduct semi-annual performance reviews with direct reports.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for the territory and assist with strategic planning.
• Work with Accounting on collections and negotiate credit when necessary.
• Resolve customer issues timely and professionally.
• Review estimates for final pricing and obtain approval.
• Other duties as assigned.
