Job summary

A-dec is seeking a Lead Field Service Specialist to oversee installation, repair, and preventive maintenance activities, while coordinating with Sales and Engineers. You will also prepare contract submittals and packets for architects and contractors, and manage outside services as needed.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills, plus the ability to travel up to 60% and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical and mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service activities including installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance in a timely manner, coordinating with Sales and Specials Engineering.
• Generate template packets for architects and contractors and develop submittal packets.
• Coordinate outside services with contractors when necessary.
• Provide performance input to the supervisor and assist with work assignments and goals.
• Coordinate, support, and provide training for Field Techs, ensuring quality and safety requirements.
• Must be flexible to support customers during non-regular hours and weekends as needed.
