Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in field service activities including installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare architecture submittal packets for architects and contractors.
• Coordinate outside services with contractors when needed.
• Provide performance input and assist supervisor with work assignments.
• Coordinate and train Field Techs, ensuring quality and safety.
• Support area supervisor in achieving goals and managing workload.
• Be available for customer support during non-regular hours, including weekends.
• Assist other teams as required.
