Responsibilities

• Leads field service activities including installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Generates template packets for architects and contractors and develops submittal packets.
• May coordinate outside services with contractors.
• Provides performance input to supervisor and assists in setting work goals.
• Coordinates, supports, and provides training for Field Techs with safety requirements.
• Assists supervisor in managing work area goals and performance.
• Must be flexible with hours for after-hours or weekend support.
• Other duties as assigned.
