Vertex Education is seeking a Field Services Human Resources Manager to lead a team of HR Managers in delivering compliant, employee-centered HR practices across the organization. You will coach, develop, and guide management on complex employee matters while partnering with leaders to support a positive workplace.

Responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, workers’ compensation, and leaves/accommodations, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate records.

Competenze

• 6+ years of progressive human resources experience, including employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and employment law compliance.
• 3+ years of experience leading, supervising, or managing human resources professionals.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employee Relations, or a related field preferred.
• Professional HR certification, such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP, preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Managers; establish priorities, assign responsibilities, and monitor workload.
• Oversee employee relations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective action.
• Oversee the workers’ compensation program and claims-management processes to reduce injuries and costs.
• Manage administration of employee leave programs and workplace accommodations under applicable laws.
