Job summary

Leap Brands is seeking a Field Human Resources Manager to act as a strategic HR partner across multiple locations, providing hands-on support to field operations leadership. You will drive employee engagement, leadership development, compliance, and consistent HR policy execution.

This role requires regular site visits, collaboration with regional directors and managers, and the ability to balance day-to-day employee relations with workforce planning and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in multi-location or field settings.
• Experience supporting field operations across locations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and investigations.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze HR data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner for assigned locations.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess culture and address concerns.
• Coach managers on performance, engagement, and people management.
• Identify workforce trends and recommend retention strategies.
• Lead investigations and advise on corrective actions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Prepare HR reports and support audits.
